The Creator Beta program is limited to the first 100 qualified creators. Beta participants receive:

  • 0% marketplace fees for the lifetime of their account
  • No listing fees, ever
  • Early access to platform features
  • Direct input on platform development

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your patterns, designs, and content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content through our platform.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any local, state, national, or international law.

6. Fees and Payments

Beta participants are guaranteed 0% marketplace fees and no listing fees for the lifetime of their account. This guarantee is binding and irrevocable.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FiberCraftMarket be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
